Cancellation Policy

The customer has the option to cancel our service agreement and receive a refund of
the filing fees at any time before submitting their tax documents for processing by our
accounting team.

Once our accountants begin the work, no cancellations or refunds are allowed. If the
Internal Revenue Service determines, based on its rules and regulations, that a tax
filer does not qualify for the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, FFCRA.biz will
refund the original $499 filing fee paid by the customer.
